Images of Easter

A Creative Journey to The Cross

About This Course

Piece by Piece, See the Story God Is Creating

When we think of Easter, we tend to think of the final few days.

The Last Supper. The garden. The arrest. The cross. The tomb. And finally, that glorious Easter morning.

But the Easter story is so much bigger than Holy Week.

Long before Jesus entered Jerusalem, the story of our salvation was already unfolding. Through prophecy, His birth, His ministry, His words, His miracles, and even the seemingly small details woven throughout Scripture, God was pointing us toward the cross and the resurrection all along.

Images of Easter is a faith art journaling course designed to help us pull back and see that bigger story.

Through twelve visual images—The Wilderness, The Dust, The Bread, The Water, The Oil, The Road, The Branches, The Table, The Garden, The Cross, The Tomb, and The Dawn—we'll explore Scripture, make connections, and creatively notice the details that lead us toward Jesus.

Each lesson is taught by a different faith artist, bringing her own creative style, personal perspective, and what God has shown her through the Scripture and theme.

This isn't simply about creating twelve Easter art journal pages.

It's about seeing more of the story.

About noticing what we may have read right past before.

And about arriving at Easter with a wider view of what Jesus did for us—and the incredible story God was telling all along.

Images of Easter is a 12-lesson faith art journaling journey through the visual images woven into the story of Jesus and our salvation. Through Scripture, creative exploration, and twelve unique artist perspectives, we'll look beyond the familiar events of Holy Week and discover the bigger story that was pointing toward the cross all along.
